It was more than 25 years ago when our Company, born by the name of GIERRE s.r.l., started its activity with the goal to develop convection ovens for bakery-pastry with 5, 10 and 16 trays.

While the reliability and strong construction of the early models were earning attention and fame on the European market and worldwide, our research has moved on to the study of advanced solutions for gastronomy cooking systems; we therefore completed our product range with equipments capable to respond in the most flexible way to the modern requirements of professional culinary practice.

In 1998 we became part of IK Finanziaria group and since 2004 – when we were incorporated in IK-INTERKLIMAT S.p.A. - our headquarters, commercial and financial departments and show-room are located in Milano, while production, engineering and testing are carried out in Rosà (Vicenza) factory.
